From the sidebar, click on Organization> Employees, then click on Add bulk employees. A page will appear.
Download the employee data template (CSV file). Then fill it according to the following instructions:
All columns marked with an asterisk (*) must be filled.
Don’t add or delete any columns or change their order.
Make sure the entered data follows these validation rules:
(First Name), (Middle Name), (Last Name) and (Employee Number): Max characters: 128. Allowed: letters, numbers, spaces, and dot (.). You can leave (Middle Name) empty.
(Gender): Must be one of these values: MALE or FEMALE. You can leave it empty.
(Email): Must be a valid email, like: (name@email.com).
(Country Code): Up to three digits. Like: 1, 966.
(Mobile Number): Shouldn’t be less than 8 or more than 12 digits.
(National ID/Iqama): Must not be more than 15 digits. You can leave it empty.
(Hire Date) and (Date of Birth): Must be in YYYY-MM-DD format. Example: 2021-02-16. You can leave it empty.
(Yearly Balance Increment) and (Current Leave Balance): Must be a non-negative number. You can leave it empty.
(Basic Salary), (Housing Allowance), (Other Allowances), (Social Insurance), and (Other Deductions): Must be a number between 0 and 9999999999. You can leave it empty.
(IBAN): Must be a valid IBAN number. You can leave it empty.

Upload the file after you fill it out.
Click Next.
Check that your info is correct and fix it if needed:
Click on Start Process.
You'll get an email report about the process once it's done.
