Assign employees under a job title
From the side menu, click Org. Hierarchy> Job titles. You'll see all the job titles listed under the company account.
Next to the job title where you want to assign employees, under the Action column, click Assign/Unassign Employees. You'll see two lists: one for employees who aren't assigned yet, and another for employees already assigned.
You can move employees from one list to the other by clicking the employee's name in the list.
Click the >> button to move all employees to the other list.
You can filter employees by workplaces, worktimes, job titles, departments, or teams. The filter will apply to both assigned and unassigned employees.
Once you're done, click the save button to complete the process.
