After the admin creates an account for their company on Mawqoot, Mawqoot's services will be available for a one-month free trial. After that, prices are set based on the number of seats (active employee accounts) according to the announced prices.
You can renew the subscription for all the seats your company owns, with the option to add more seats included in your new subscription.
Or buy new seats at any time during your subscription, and the charges will be calculated based on the number of days left until the subscription ends.
Example: Let's say your organization has 10 seats, and there's one month left until the subscription ends. You can buy new seats and only get charged for one month for the extra seats. Or, you can renew the subscription for a full year for the 10 seats, and then you'll pay a yearly fee for the 10 seats. You can also renew for the 10 seats and add extra seats at the same time, then you'll be charged the yearly fee for all the seats (the 10 and the extra seats).
You can also deactivate employee accounts during the subscription period and add other employees instead, without needing to buy new seats. Check out How do I deactivate an employee account? to learn more.

It's based on the renewal date or the previous end date—whichever is later.
Example: If you've got a month left until the subscription ends and you renew for a full year, the new subscription will start after your current subscription ends (so, after a month).
Example: If your subscription ended and it's been expired for two months, then you renew it—the new subscription starts from the renewal date.
If the subscription ends without renewing, then:
Employees won't be able to checking in or out after 3 days from the subscription end date
The offences detection system will stop working
