You can access employee offences reports from the sidebar by clicking Reports > Employee Offences.
There are two types of reports on the Employee Offences page:
Total Hours Report: This report shows the total late hours, total early leave hours, total absence hours, and total fines for each employee during the selected period.
Employee Offences Report: This report lists employee offences during the selected period.
This report displays the total late durations, early leave durations, absences durations, and the total fines imposed on each employee. The report display these recordings during a specified period, with a maximum range of 2 months.
This report has several columns; the most important ones of which are:
Late: Total number of late offences for the employee during the specified period and the sum of offences minutes and hours.
Early Leave: Total number of early leave offences for the employee during the specified period and the sum of offences minutes and hours.
Absence: Total number of absence offences for the employee during the specified period and the sum of offences minutes and hours.
Total: Total number of all types of offences for the employee during the specified period and the sum of minutes and hours for all offences.
Fines: Total fines resulting from the employee’s offences during the specified period
This report provides details of recorded employee offences within a user-defined period, with a maximum range of two months.
This report includes several columns; the most important of which are:
Offence: Description of the offence.
Time: Date the offence was recorded.
Status: Paid or Unpaid. Paid offences are the ones with the fine deducted from the salary.
Off duration: Minutes missed from work because of this offence.
Repetition: Number of times the same offence happened in the repetition period.
Total penalty: The amount of the penalty for the offence.
You can view a single offence by clicking the review button under the Action column. Reviewing the offence shows related info and any submitted petition requests.
