You can get to the employee attendance reports from the sidebar by clicking Reports > Employees Attendance.
There are 3 types of reports on the Employees Attendance page:
Attendance Records Report: This report shows employee attendance records within the selected period.
Total Hours Report: This report shows the total attendance hours for each employee during a specified period.
Monthly Attendance Report: This report shows each employee's attendance status for every day of the month, plus the total number of holidays and absences during that month.
This report displays employee attendance records for a user-defined period, with a maximum range of two months. You can view an individual attendance record by clicking the view button under the Action column.
An attendance record is a group of entries like: check-in time, check-out time, break times, and the time the location was saved.
If the attendance record includes a check-in time and a check-out time, it's complete. But if it doesn't have a check-out time (like if the employee forgets to sign out), then it's incomplete.
When you view a single attendance record, some related info like this will show:
Total attendance: This is the time difference between check-in and check-out.
Break: This is the total break times taken between checl-in and check-out.
Work: This is the attendance duration minus break duration.
Overtime: This is the work duration that counts as overtime.
At Work Percentage: This is a percentage related to the Periodic Tracking. This percentage is calculated based on two things:
How much the employee sticks to saving their location whenever asked.
And how much they are at the workplace when they save their location.
This report provides total attendance, work, break, and overtime durations derived from attendance records for a user-defined period, with a maximum range of two months.
Each row in this report shows the attendance status for every employee during the month (Present/Absent/On leave). It also lists the total absences and leaves for the month. You can move between months.
