If offences aren't being recorded for employees and they don't show up in the offences reports, make sure to check the following:
Employees are assigned to worktimes. How do I assign employees to worktimes?
Offences rules are enabled. From the sidebar, click on Offences rules. Make sure to check the box next to the offence you want to enable tracking for.
Make sure of the worktime settings:
If the worktime type is flexible, the system only tracks absence offences.
Make sure your worktime is not fully counted as overtime (the option This worktime is considered as overtime)
