From the sidebar, click Organization> Employees, then click Update bulk employees. A page will appear.
Download the employee data template file (CSV file). Then add or edit employees’ data in the file by following the instructions below.:
All columns marked with an asterisk (*) must be filled in.
Don’t add, remove, or change the order of any columns.
Make sure the data you enter matches the following validation rules:
(First Name), (Middle Name), (Last Name) and (Employee Number): Max character count is 128. Allowed characters: letters, numbers, spaces, and dot (.). (Middle Name) can be left empty.
(Gender): Must be either: MALE or FEMALE. You can leave it empty.
(Email): Has to be a valid email, e.g.: (name@email.com).
(Country Code): Up to three digits. For example: 1, 966.
(Mobile Number): Must be at least 8 digits and no more than 12 digits.
(National ID/Iqama): Can’t be more than 15 digits. You can leave it empty.
(Hire Date) and (Date of Birth): Must be in format YYYY-MM-DD. Like: 2021-02-16. You can leave it empty.
(Yearly Balance Increment) and (Current Leave Balance): Has to be a non-negative number. You can leave it empty.
(Basic Salary), (Housing Allowance), (Other Allowances), (Social Insurance), and (Other Deductions): Must be a number between 0 and 9999999999. You can leave it empty.
(IBAN): Must be a valid IBAN number. You can leave it empty.
Example of valid data:

Upload the file after you fill it out.
Click on Next.
Check that the data is correct and fix if needed:
Click on Start Process.
You'll get an email report about the process after it's done.
