Under this menu, you can control the restrictions imposed on different types of requests.
By default, employees can submit all types of requests. The admin can disable the ability to submit a specific request type from this menu.
Note is required
This field lets you require the employee to enter a note when submitting the request.
Attachment is required
This field lets you make it mandatory for the employee to add a document as an attachment when submitting the request.
Max monthly requests*
This field lets you set the maximum number of requests the employee can submit in 30 days.
Example: If an employee submits 10 requests in the last 30 days, and this field’s value is 10, then the employee will not be able to submit a new request.
Personal leave balance deduction method*
This field allows you to specify the days of the week counted in personal leave balance deduction.
There are two options for this field:
Employee's working days (based on worktime settings)
Selecting this option means that the days counted in a personal leave balance deduction are the days included in the employee's working time.
Specific selected days.
Choosing this option lets you select specific days of the week.
Example: If you select Sunday - Thursday, only those days will be deducted from the personal leave balance, and other days won't be counted.

Maximum loan amount*
This field lets you set the maximum amount that can be requested as a multiple of the total salary.
Example: If an employee’s total salary is 10000, and the value in this field is 3 then the maximum amount they can borrow is 30000.
Maximum installments*:
This field lets you set the max number of installments the loan should be paid in.
Accountants*:
This field lets you choose who can change the loan status from the supervisors list. Ideally, this should be the person making the loan payment to the employee.
